Julia Soehngen-Roos (b.1986, United States) received her BFA in painting from the Savannah College of Art and Design in the fall of 2016.  She also received her Associates of Arts degree from the Arapahoe Community College of Littleton, CO in 2013. Through painting, she explores the tangible and imaginable, merging the lines of both representation and abstraction. Her works combine interests in process as well as development. Roos currently lives and works in New York City.
